Redo of the North Drive blacktop sealing project for tomorrow Tuesday 2-17-2026.

Due to some water issues and there is complete shade on the north drive we are going to reseal the North Drive area between the N dumpsters and the N car gate tomorrow.

You will have to make a U turn at the N Dumpster if you are attempting to go out of the N gate. The north car gate will be closed. The closure at N dumpster and the North gate will remain that way till everything dries properly. That could be late Wednesday to Thursday am. If you need to get out of your garage you will need to do so prior to the work starting in the morning approx. 9 am. Garages 65 to 75. I am calling all those garage owners.

FOR BETTER SECURITY KNOW WHO YOU’RE OPENING THE PEDESTRIAN GATES FOR. IF YOU DON’T RECOGNIZE THEM AS AN OWNER OR RENTER DO NOT LET THEM IN.

LET THEM USE THE DIRECTORY CALL BOX TO CALL THE RESIDENT OF THE UNIT SO THEY CAN LET THEM IN. OR THEY CAN USE THEIR CELL AND CALL THE RESIDENT AND COME DOWN TO THE GATE TO OPEN IT UP FOR THEM.

DON’T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF LETTING THE WRONG PERSON GET IN THE BUILDING.
